Even though the church is pretty small, worship is always loud and lively. The people are all very welcoming and friendly. A few Saturdays ago I experienced my first half prayer vigil at the church, which was basically 5 hours of worshiping, praying, and sharing. It also means when crossing a busy street you must simply step out in front of oncoming traffic in faith that no one is going to hit you. At the pyramids I kissed the Sphinx, jumped off a pyramid, rode a camel, saw an underground tomb, etc. After visiting the Egyptian Museum on Saturday, we got to  feast our eyes on the enormous city from above when we climbed the spiral steps of a narrow tower called Bab Zawaya at sunset. When he looked puzzled, I showed him my moves. Of course I had all the kids laughing at me for that. :-)Today we revisited a school that we went to earlier in the week.  This particular school, like many others in Sudan, is in need of great repairs.
